Mr. Ho’s 34-year career at EVA AIR is marked by the creation and implementation of foundational safety systems well ahead of international requirements. These innovations, including the Flight Safety Management System, Emergency Response System, and Flight Operations Risk Assessment System, established EVA AIR as a regional and global benchmark for integrated safety management.

Beyond operational excellence, Mr. Ho demonstrated exceptional dedication to education and safety promotion. He launched EVA’s Safety and Quality Week and advanced human factors awareness through innovative training tools. His early application of artificial intelligence to flight data analysis anticipated the next frontier of proactive safety management. In his current role as Vice Chairman of the Taiwan Transportation Safety Board, Mr. Ho continues to shape national policy, improve regulatory oversight, and champion global safety collaboration.
